As a Digital Asset Management (DAM) solution architect, I specialise in creating bespoke systems that streamline how businesses organise, store, and distribute their digital assets. With over 18 years of specialised experience—particularly as a leading authority in OpenText Media Management—I provide end-to-end consulting for both onsite and offsite projects. My services encompass:
- Full-Lifecycle DAM Delivery: From initial product selection and business analysis through to solution architecture, implementation, customisation, and ongoing development.
- Enterprise Integrations: Seamlessly connecting DAM platforms with PIM, CMS, SAP systems, Scene7, and other core enterprise technologies.
- Clear Communication: Acting as the vital link between technical development teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful project alignment.
Proven Track Record
I have successfully led and delivered Enterprise DAM projects across diverse sectors, including marketing, e-commerce, broadcast, museum digitisation, and government institutions. Notable highlights include:
- H&M: Delivered the new Enterprise DAM solution, integrating with a whole host of neighbouring systems, including studio production ingest, PIM solutions, and outbound delivery platforms.
- M&S: As part of the largest replatforming projects in Europe at the time, I was responsible for the delivery of the OTMM solution, including delivery of assets to e-commerce site, integration with internal systems such as PIM, and working with new technology teams to deliver a variety of novel in-house suplimentry solutions.
- Unilever: Provided technical leadership and solution design for an in-house DAM implementation, focusing heavily on brand protection, asset reuse, and the global distribution of assets to customers.
- Hachette Book Group: Managed and delivered a critical DAM upgrade project, supplying comprehensive technical guidance and project management.
